Calbucci is joining Amazon’s People Experience Team. He told GeekWire that it’s a new group within the tech giant that is “working to improve the employee experience and make Amazon the best employer in the world.”

Calbucci is a former Microsoft manager who co-founded Seattle startup EveryMove. He also had brief stints at startup studio Pioneer Square Labs and health startup DoctorLink.
